Mrs. Karen’s Olive Dip

  1. Take 2 blocks of cream cheese (can be light, full or mixed). Microwave each in 15 second intervals until fluffy.
  2. Remove to bowl.
  3. Add 1 10oz jar of Mario Sliced Salad Olives (Manzanilla) – Juice Reserved
  4. Add and stir dollops of Mayo (2-3) to taste and texture.
  5. Add olive juice to taste. Season if necessary.
  6. Stir together until thick and smooth.
  7. Before serving microwave in 20 second intervals until spreadable.
