Today’s Lunch

Today’s Lunch was not bad.  Here’s what I got at the cafeteria, hopefully I can replicate it at home sometime. Cajun Chicken

Tonight at my house we made cajun chicken. We pounded some skinless boneless chicken breasts flat and marinated them with olive oil, Penzey’s Cajun Seasoning, and Weber Kick’n Chick’n Seasoning.
